Individually planned care, for residents of varying dependencies is delivered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by professionally trained and qualified staff, under the supervision of our respective Care Managers and overall Director of Care.

In house training in all departments is ongoing along with external study days and SVQ Qualifications.

Our Activities Organiser runs a programme of various different activities throughout the week with something to suit everyone. All special occasions are marked – Residents’ Birthdays, Mothers’ Day, Valentines Day and Holiday Weekends – any excuse for a celebration and get together, making a true “home from home”
